At Club W, we believe that competitive success is built from a foundation of love for the game. That’s why our Mini Volley program is designed to teach the fundamentals of volleyball through game-based learning that keeps kids moving, smiling, and growing in confidence.
Using modified courts, lighter volleyballs, and a play-focused structure, athletes experience early success while developing coordination, movement, and teamwork. Each session blends skill instruction with small-sided games, helping players learn by doing in a fun, supportive environment. We also blend age-appropriate foundational training for speed, jumping, and agility into each session.
Players are grouped by our coaching staff according to skill level to ensure that every athlete is challenged appropriately and set up for success.
Club W Mini Volley is more than just an introduction — it’s the first step on the pathway to competitive travel volleyball and the foundation for a lifelong love of the game.
Featured Programs
Our Mini Volley Fall Session is designed specifically for young athletes ages 6–8 and 9-11. We play on lower nets and smaller courts. We also exclusively play 1v1 or 2v2.
The Mini Volley Spring Session includes 6 one-hour sessions — our Mini Volley program features both practice nights and Match Nights, where the players are placed into teams and play real matches for the full night. Parents are encouraged to come watch!
This program introduces the foundational skills, movement patterns, and teamwork that set players up for long-term success in the sport. Our approach blends expert coaching with play-based learning, ensuring that every athlete stays engaged, confident, and excited to learn.
Fall Mini Volley will be held at Myrtle Grove Christian School on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:000pm.
Dates are: Sep 9, 16, 23*, 30, and Oct 7, 14*
*indicates Match Night
