Armswing & Setter Lab
The Arm Swing & Setter Lab is a 75-minute session for two small groups: setters and hitters.
💪 Hitters will focus on arm swing mechanics, hitting footwork, and strength-based movements to unlock rotational power and improve attacking efficiency.
🏐 Setters will refine footwork, handwork, and eyework, learning how to deliver the ball with tempo and control in a variety of game situations.
Dates: November 12, November 19, December 3, December 17
Session Times: Each date has two time slots: 5:15 - 6:30 and 6:45 - 8:00. Email us if you have a preferred time.
Location: Myrtle Grove Christian School, 806 Piner Rd Wilmington, NC 28409
$25 per session for all current Club W Athletes (indoor & beach)
$45 per session for non Club W Athletes
